Scilytics makes analytics software for breeding programs. CacaoIQ™, for cacao, is the first.
A breeding trial can take years to score. The analysis usually runs on custom scripts, so how it is done depends on who runs it, and the scripts get rebuilt for each new trial. Breeding data may not be allowed on a cloud service, and field stations may have poor internet.

If you breed another species, write to contact@scilytics.ai.
The analyses use published statistical methods. Each product is then checked on public data: published studies are rerun and the results compared with the papers. A result is called validated only after that check.
During the evaluation you run CacaoIQ with your own trials or public cacao data, at no cost.
